Emergency Services

If you or a loved one is experiencing a life-threatening emergency (e.g., thoughts or feelings of hurting/killing yourself or others), call 911.

You can also call or text 988 to be connected to the National Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, text 741741 for emergency and crisis services, or go to the emergency room of your nearest hospital.

For clients living in King County, call the 24-hour King County Crisis Line (866-427-4747 or 206-461-3222)

Do NOT leave a voicemail or send an e-mail if the situation has reached crisis level as Grace Behavioral Health is not able to answer emails/calls immediately.
