
My approach to therapy is rooted in Behaviorism.
This means that I am committed to evidence-based practice and believe the first step to helping someone change their life is to thoroughly understand factors maintaining certain behaviors in order to collaboratively work on changing behaviors that get in the way of the client’s life worth living. This process also involves examining the intersecting systems we live in and how our environments shape us.
I am a firm believer that the therapeutic relationship is a vital conduit towards change. I am committed to providing genuine, validating, and compassionate care.
